Custom pieces at Saanjaya Studios are created through conversation, intention, and care. Rather than rushing into a transaction, custom work here begins with a shared vision.
This process allows each piece to be thoughtful, personal, and aligned with both the wearer and the artist.
How Custom Orders Work
1. Submit Your Inquiry
If you’re interested in a custom pair of earrings, necklace, or bracelet, you’ll begin by reaching out through the contact form or email provided on this site. Include any inspiration, colors, or ideas you already have.
2. Design Conversation
We’ll discuss the vision together—materials, size, tone, and overall feel. This step ensures clarity before any work begins.
3. Approval & Payment
Once the design is finalized, you’ll receive a custom product link via email to complete your purchase.
Work does not begin until payment is received.
4. Creation & Shipping
Your piece will then be handmade specifically for you.
Processing Time
- Custom pieces are typically completed within 7–14 business days
- Shipping time is separate from processing time
- You’ll be notified if additional time is needed due to complexity or volume
Important Notes on Handmade Work
Every Saanjaya Studios piece is made by hand. Because of this:
- No two custom pieces will be exactly alike
- Small variations in shape, texture, and color are natural and expected
- These variations are part of the beauty of slow-made, human craftsmanship
Returns & Exchanges
- All custom orders are final sale
- Refunds or exchanges are not available once a design has been approved and paid for
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

- Avoid water, perfume, and lotions
- Store jewelry in a dry, protected space when not in use
