How long will my order take?
Most orders are made within 5-9 business days before shipping. Once completed, shipping typically takes 2–5 business days.
Are pieces exactly like the photos?
Photos show examples of each design. Because every piece is made by hand, slight variations in shape, color, patterns and texture should be expected and are part of the design.
Do you offer custom orders?
At this time, customization is limited to the options listed on each product page (such as colorways, hardware, size or personalization fields).
Additional custom requests are not currently available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because items are made to order, orders cannot be changed or canceled once placed.
Please review selections and personalization carefully before checkout.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the made-to-order nature of the work, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $50.
