If you are contacting us about a specific jewelry piece, order, or collaboration, your email must include:

• The name of the item or product link from the website

• A clear description of your request

• Any relevant order number (if applicable)

Emails that do not reference a specific product or request may be automatically deleted without response.

This policy allows us to prioritize real customers and serious inquiries.

Saanjaya Studios does not accept unsolicited marketing, sales, or service offers via email.

Messages that are clearly promotional or unrelated to the studio may be automatically removed.
